Melissa Santora founded Go2girl* to help busy people enjoy life more. And Melissa has built her personal concierge excellence on one crucial ingredient: customer service. "In today's fast-paced life, it's easy to forget the handshake, the friendly greeting. Yet it's the small actions that create the big picture," says Melissa. "By paying attention to the details, I offer my clients the high-end customer service they deserve...while making their lives easier too."
Melissa has always made customer service her top priority. After a career start at Nordstrom, Melissa enjoyed 8 years as a flight attendant. She was nominated by Inflight Services as "Best in the Business" and received all of United Airlines' "Going the Extra Mile" awards for outstanding customer service 4 years in a row.
After living in Rome, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles, Melissa moved to Phoenix. She helped open the Nordstrom store in Scottsdale, then managed the concierge department, coordinated special events, and organized fashion shows. She later managed both the personal shopping department and the Collectors and Couture department, launched Armani Collezione, and planned designer appearances and couture events.
Melissa serves clients throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley, and she's a member of the International Concierge & Errand Association. Yet even with her own busy days as a personal concierge, Melissa finds time to volunteer as a member of the Make a Difference organization.
